Hatherell's Yard Market: Trading Information for 2025

Hatherell's Yard Market will be open from 1st March to 20th December 2025.

To book your trading dates, please complete the form below and select the dates you'd like to trade. We aim to respond to your booking request within 7 days.

• Confirmation & Payment: Once your selected dates are confirmed, full payment is required to secure your pitch.

• Public Liability Insurance:

  • New Traders: Please email proof of your public liability insurance along with your application.

  • Existing Traders: Ensure your insurance is valid for your chosen trading dates.

Steps for New Traders

1. Fill out the Become a Trader form first.

2. Once your application is approved, proceed to complete the booking dates form.

Fees and Details

• Saturday Stall Fee: £17.50 per day

• Chipping Sodbury Christmas Sunday 7th Dec £20 (11am to 5pm)
  Mid Week Trading Stall Fee £10.00 per day. (For trading mid week March to November please drop us an email to book. Only available Tuesdays and Thursday March to November)

• Electricity: £4 per day if required (please bring an extension cable).

• Set-Up Time: From 8:30 AM

• Trading Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
